The usual monthly meeting- was held n Thursday, Airs. Goodey in the chair. The report and balance-sheet from jt;e recent Provincial Convention held m Wanganui was received and adopted. ~A letter of sympathy was sent to the husband and relatives of the late Airs. Newsome. Mrs. Rutter, a member from EngImd, was ntroduced to the meetng, and given a cordial welcome to New Zealand. The visitor passed on to members many useful and helpful suggestion as to modes of work,.
j Sick members had been visited durling the month. ; A new member was enrolled on Transfer. i Correspondence was received relating Ito other members who are arriving in | Wanganui.
