LECTURE THIS AFTERNOON. The public are invited to attend at the Sarjeant Gallery this afternoon be tween 2.30 and 3.30, when Mr. V Evans, art master of the Technics College, has kindly consented to talk about the pictures. This is the in auguration of a project which it if hoped will stimulate interest is the Gallery and its pictures. Simila? talks will be given on the first Wed nesday in successive months, when other experts will be available for the same purpose. The council hope that there will be a large attendance of the public.
