RUSSIAN HARVEST
LONDON, June 30. The Riga correspondent of the Times says the Russian harvest prospects are erceptionally black. Most alarming conditions are reported from many districts, particularly the Volga territory, where the peasantry are selling cattle cheaply and attempting to purchase and hoard grain, fearing a repetition of the famine of 1921.
