PUBLIC NOTICES. PATEA-WAITOTARA RABBIT BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY A RATE. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Batea-Wo i totara Babbit Board, at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 16, 1924, at 11 a.m. in pursuance and exercise af the powers vested in it by Sections 59 and 61 of the “Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1908,” to make levy a Rate of one farthing per head on all sheep, and one penny per head on all cattle, as sh- wn in the Stockowners’ List furnished to to Board by stockowners in the territoory under the Board’s control, such rate to be for the period commencing on the First day of April, 1924, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1925, and to be payable in one sum on Thursday, the 17th day of July, 1924, at the offices of the Board, 68 Ridgway Street.
