NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Patea-Wai-totara Babbit Board, at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 16, 1924, at 11 a.m. in pursuance and exercise ->f the powers vested in it by Sections 59 and 61 of the “Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1908,” to make and levy a Rate of one farthing per head on all sheep, and one penny per head on all eattle, as sh> wn in the Stockowners’ List furnished to to Board by stockowners in the territoorv under the Board’s control, such rate to be for the period commencing on the First day of April, 1924, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1920, and to be pavable in one sum on Thursday, the 17th day of July, 1924, at the offices of the Board, 68 Ridgway Street, Wanganui.
