A WARNING TO GERMANY
MACDONALD-HERRIOT MESSAGE Received June 26, 1.10 a.m. BERLIN, June 24. It is understood that a personal message trom Mr MacDonald and M. Herrio't, communicated to Chancellor Marx, points out that disquieting reports have reached the Anglo-French Governments of increasing activities by Nationalist militarist associations, and urges the German Government, in its own interest, to facilitate suc.h examination as will dispel suspicion.
