ARRIVAL AT VICTORIA. VICTORIA, June 23. The people of British Columbia’s capital turned out to-day and gave joyous acclaim to the marines of the British fleet, z who, headed by their own band, paraded the principal streets. An elaborate series of functions for the officers and men has been arranged. The fleet will leave for Vancouver on June 25.
