JAPANESE EXCLUSION
TOKIO June 6. The ordinary shipping services not sufficing for the transportation of large numbers of Japanese wishing to return to America before July I—when the new Immigration Act is being enforced—an arrangement has been made between the Government and shippers by which three additional steamers are sailing to America immediately.
