ART UNIONS
DESIRABLE REGULATIONS. Received June 2, 10.15 p.m. SYDNEY, June 2. New regulations governing the pro--4 motion and conduct of art unions will operate to-day. They provide that the seller of tickets shall take the name and address of every purchaser of a ticket and prohibit persons under the age of seventeen years from purchasing or selling tickets, or participating in any capacity in connection with art unions.
