MEN TO RESUME CONDITIONALLY Received May 8, 10.35 p.m. BUENOS AIRES, May 8. The Syndicalist Union passed a resolution to end the strike of affiliated unions at midnight on Wednesday in view of public assurances that arrested strikers would be released. The decision of the men to return to work gives the Government an opportunity to fulfil its promise that the pension law, under whieh portion of the workers’ wages is turned over to the Government, will be satisfactorily amended.
