FARMERS’ UNION
DOMINION EXECUTIVE SPEAKERS COMING TO WAVEHLEY AND FORDELL. Mr, J. Grimsdalp Anderson, vjcepresident of the Dominion executive of the New Zealand Farmer?/ Union, and with h£m Messrs Murney.and R. D. Duxfield and Captain Colbeck, intenh touring the North Island addressing meetings of farmers,, on the aims and objects of the Union. The speakers will be in the Wanganui provinical district next week, and will on Wednesday night, May 14, divide into two parties and address meetings at Waverley and Fordell. The four gentlemen are well versed in matters connected with the Farmers’ Union, and as this body right throughout New Zealand is now showing increased impetus, it is expected that the delegates’ meetings everywhere will be largely attended. The Waverley meeting has bean arranged for the convenience of members from Waverley. Maxwelltown Waitotara, and Kai Iwi. The Fordell meeting will suit the Fordell, Okoia, Wanganui. Wangaehu and Brunswick branches.
