OTAGO CONGRATULATES MR. DEAN. (Per Press Association ) DUNEDIN, May 5. At a meeting of the O.R.F.U. tonight, the following resolution was adopted: That this union congratulates Mr Dean on his appointment as manager of the All Blacks team, and assures him of its support.
