NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitotara County Council held on the 10th day of Marcli, 1924, a resolution was passed, the purport of which is appended hereto, and that it will be submitted for confirmation as a special order at the ordinary rieeting of the Council to be held on the 14th day of April, 1924, at the Council’s Offices, Ridgway Street, Wanganui, at 11.30 a.m. ' The purport of such resolution is as follows: That as the necessary consents of ratepayers have been obtained to the Council raising by special order a Special Loan of £250 for the purpose of metalling a portion of the Rangitatau West Road, the Wai totara County Council do, by special order pursuant to Section 16 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913” raise such special loan to be secured by a special rate of one twelfth (1/12) of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable properties in the Rangitatau West Road Special Rating District and to be repayable, with interest, at the times, rates, and instalments set out in the first schedule to the regulations under “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913.” Dated this 11th day of March, 1924.
