WANGANUI EAST CLUB. LONDON FERNS. A ferns match was played on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in the defenders being successful again. The game was very evenly contested all through, being one of the best played this season. The following is the result:— Findley, Jones, Williams, McLaren 17, v. Horsley sen., Horsley jr., Stew art, H. G. Horsley 15. The next ferns game will probably be played next Saturday, the challengers being Hodson, Carveil, Wilson, Holdaway The club full rink competitions will be continued next Saturday. PRINTERS’ CUP. The printers of Wanganui who have provided a cup for competition amongst themselves will play a game on Wanganui East green next Saturday. The rinks to play are: Wilson, Connell, Alf. Willis, Bert Willis Hall, Sharpe, Evans, Cobb. The winners of this game would be glad if any others engaged in the printing trade could get a rink together and have a contest for the cup. WANGANUI CLUB The following are the teams selected to play against Waverley on Saturday, at 9 a.m., on Wanganui green:— O’Meara, R. F. Brown, Bowater, Keesing. Neumann, Moynihan, Beswick. Whiteford, Patterson, Tomkies, Cohen. Acldenbrooke, Olson, Thomas, McNiven. Chainey, Milne, Hedditch, Doig Scott.
