PERMANENT OCCUPATION. PARIS, March 14. Tn the Senate, reviewing the resuits of the occupation of the Ruhr, M. Poincare said that the receipts for 1924 were estimated at four milliards of francs and the expenditure one milliard, leaving three milliards available for reparations. No one any longer dreamt of asking tlrem to evacuate the Ruhr.
