THE GRAND. A VERY CLEVER VAUDEVILLE TURN. The attraction at the Grand Theatre last night was another Musgrove act, Danny D’Alma and his good little dogs. The act opens up with Danny D’Alma in evening dress, who does a very remarkable performance on stilts, in which he introduces tumbling that is thrilling, and his performance makes one wish to see .him in acrobatic work without the stilts, as judging by the work he did last night, he must he a wonderful acrobat. The dogs, three clever Fox Terriers, are then introduced, and give a performance that can be classed as the best we have seen. These little dogs dance, balance on their trainer while ho tumbles about the stage, give a boxing bout, and are wonderful tumblers. Nothing so good has appeared on the vaudeville stage for some years, and we can advise our readers not to miss them. The management will give a special children’s matinee to-morrow, when the dogs will appear at both sessions. The box plan for reserved seats is at Rowell’s bookshop.
