AMUSEMENTS, MEETINGS, ETC.

THE GRAND MADAME RE JANE Madame Rejane, recognised as tile greatest actress the stage has ever known, is appearing in a wonderful French picture entitled. “Gypsy Passion,” now showing at the Grand Theatre. It is a rare treat to see such a great artist and a company of supporting French artists as distinct from the American films which has-been served up to us for some years past. The mounting, acting, dressing and beautiful scenery of France make the picture compare more than favourably with the best that America has given us. This afternoon and to-night will be the final chances of seeing this magnificent production. Seats may be reserved at the Grand Theatre without extra charge.
