SYDNEY, Dec. 21. In the Assembly, the Ne Temere Decree Bill reached its second reading stage. The debate was adjourned. Prior to the prorogation of Parliament the Premier invited all members to the customary convivial gathering. Mr. Lang (the Leader of the Labour Party) declined the invitation.
