Situated about 7 miles from Wanganui Bounded by the Warrengate line and the Main South Road to Palmerston. This property has no buildings on it, but has a splendid site for a house and buildings. Lt is now being farmed by D. Mackintosh, Esq., who has the property in great heart. It is all ploughable, can bo used for cropping and is an ideal! farm for fattening lambs, etc. SECTION 2.—79 Acres, y Situated about 9 miles from Wanganui, on the same road raid adjoining the Wangaehu Hotel, taking in approximately 42 acres of the pick of the Wangaehu river flats. This land was one time swamp, but has been drained. The balance of the section is easy undulating land, and will work in splendidly with the river flats for a dairy or fattening farm. It has an ideal site for a house, overlooking i the Wangaehu River and valley. A. McDonald, Esq., is now milking on this valuable property. The buildings consist of one milking shed. MRS W. BLYTH’S PROPERTY. 442 ACRES, situated 74 miles from Wanganui on main road to Wangaehu, and directly opposite Section No. 1, of 181 acres. This is a mixed farm, varying from splendid flats to easy undulating hills. This property runs from the main road to the Wangaehu River. It will grow turnips and rape to perfection. The warm hills work in very well for mixed farming. The homestead, which consists of a small house, is situated near the road and close to the beautiful Rotokuwa Lake, which is also on the property. A TOTAL OFFERING OF 1500. 1100 Stud ewes 35 Stud rams 3SO 1-sbear flock rams. The Bainfield Romney Stud was established in 1905 with the best available blood, and has been built up and developed regardless of expense. The sheep are bred in an environment en dowing them with great constitutions, and the best of feet. A very severe annual culling has been maintained, and the rams used in later years were largely bred at Waiorongomai, so that the quality of the flock is an unusually high one, and practically every stud in the Dominion would benefit by the introduction of Bainfield bred rams or ewes. Stock bred in so high quality a stud and in such a severe climate are bound to be improvers. No pampering has been practised, showing having been cut out some years ago to avoid this, but at the recent Southland Show many honours were won by Bainfield bred sheep or their immediate progeny. Sheep purchased will be put on trucks, or on steamer Bluff, free of charge, and special arrangements have been made to give a prompt delivery.
