WELLINGTON, July 11. ■ A ® tart was made to-day in restoring the cargo of 300 tons of concenDates in No. 3 hold of the Port Auckland, which was damaged bv I heavy easterly weather while en route from Lyttelton to London, necessitating her return to Wellington last Satyr ay. After the vessel’s cargo has been re-distributed certain minor repairs will be made. The steamer will be able to continue her voyage It is not anticipated that the liner has suffered any serious structural damage from the buffering received from the waves.
