BERLIN, July 9. Professor Fuchs was sentenced to 12 years’ hard labour, and was fined 22,000,000 marks. Wunck was found guilty of assisting Fuchs, and was sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment and fined 30,000,000 marks, with deportation at the end of the imprisonment. Three others -were acquitted. Professor Fuchs and the others were implicated in a plot to separate Bavaria from the Reich.
