MEN URGED TO RETURN TO WORK. Received July 10, 10.40 p.m. LONDON, July 10. Earlier in the day the annual conference of the transport workers adopted a resolution urging the dockers to return to work so as to maintain organised strength to enable grievances td be dealt with unitedly.
