PUBLIC NOTICES. PATEA COUNTY COUNCIL. NGUTUWERA BRIDGE LOAN, £650. IT a Specie. L Meeting of the Patea Count} Council, held on Tuesday, 12th day of June, 1923, the following iesolution was duly passed as a Special Order . “That in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” the Patea County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise & loan of £650 with a currency of 36| years for the purpose of meeting half cost of replacing the Ngutuwera Bridge over the Momohaki Stream, the Ratepayers of the Ngutuwera, Special Rating District having signified their assent in the form prescribed by No. 9 of the Regulations 'issued under the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913” to the raising of rhe said Loan and to the pledging of a Special Rate of ONE-TWENTIETH of one penny in the £ to provide for the repayment of Principal and Interest of the said loan in accordance with Section 68 of the above mentioned Act, and also consent to the payment of the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s Interest and Sinking Fund out of the loan. The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a Special Meeting of the Patea County Council heM on the 12th day of June, 1923, and will be confirmed at a subsequent meeting to be held on the l<)th day of Jhily, 1923.
