Ho claimed that the Liberal Party—the party in the middle of 3 the road -bid a policy and that Rei form had none. He concluded by holdr ing out hi.s Lands to the workers (these i who stood for the Empire and constituI tional measures) to come over and help the Liberal-Labour Tarty to gain the treasury .Benches, to take up the policy the Liberals laid down in 1911.
