PIPE BAND CARNIVAL. MACLEAN TARTAN ON TOP. The Tartan Campaign came to a conclusion on Saturday night when a final statement was handed in, the total sum raised amounting to £562 12s. The positions and amounts raised by the supporters of each tartan are as follows.—
