Premier Bruce has communicated with the Returned Soldiers’ Association, intimating that al! negotiations with the Government would be broken off till the motion that the Ministry was not sincere in its soldiers’ policy was rescinded. The soldiers’ president replied that the motion would not be rescinded till concrete proof was forthcoming that the Government is sincere. LONDON, Mav 25.
