i The West, Katan was expected to leave Los Angeles on May 7th for Ntrv Zealand and Australian ports with carigo from Portland, Seattle, San Frau- | dsco and Los Angeles. She is expected to he followed by ! the Hollywood, sailing on May 21. ' The June loading of the Swayne ! and Hoyt Line on the Pacific Coast be taken by the West Cahokia, to sail from San Francisco on June ; 20th. In July the Vinita will load on the I Pacific, Coast for New Zealand and i Australia, clearing on the 28th July. The Bradford City, 5261 tons, Cap tain H. C. Egerton, arrived from i exas on Saturday morning at Auckland. Her cargo consists of nearly 40,600 cases of oil and 2500 tons of sulphur as well as a quantity of wax, resin, asphalt, motor-cars and goners I cargo. She loaded at New York, Philadelphia, Port Arthur and Sabine. Fine weather was experienced from Nevi until nearing New Zealand, when heavy rain storms were encoun tored. Only 200 tons of the cargo are for Auckland. The remainder will b< discharged at Newcastle, Sydney, Mel bourne, Launceston, Walla rdo, Ade la ide and Fremantle. The vessel will resume her voyage to-day. The rates of exchange on the Bradford City’s cargo arc:—Canada, 4.50 dollars; United States, 4.67 dolars.
