LONDON, May 15 When Sir Philip Lloyd-Graeme was concluding the Russian debate, Mr Newbold excitedly cried : “ You are telling falsehoods.” The chairman asked Mr Newbold to leave the House, and he refused, the Labour Party supporting Mr Newbold. The Speaker was finally called on by the House to suspend Mr Newbold. This motion wa.s carried by 388 votes. Received May 16, 8.20 p.m. LONDON, May 15. The Speaker, amidst further Labour interruptions, put the motion from the chair that Mr Newbold be suspended from the service of the House. This was carried. Mr Newbold said that out of respect for the Speaker he would leave, and he withdrew' amidst loud Labour cheers. The House adjourned.
