FARMERS’ UNION
(Per Frees Association.) WAIROA, May 16.
Mr W. J. Polson, Dominion President of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, addressed a large meeting this afternoon on matters pertaining to the welfare of the farming community. A motion was passed unanimously that the Dominion executive take up the matter of the union entering politics. It also unanimously approved the idea of Dominion agricultural banks.
