THE INQUEST. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 13. At the inquest on the death of Charles Silas Kelly, a well-known business man, who was found at his seaside residence Day’s Bay, with his throat cut, the evidence ■went to show that he was in financial difficulties He left a letter for his wife stating that he was “finishing all.” A verdict was returned that death was due to a self inflicted wound in the throat while in a state of temporary depression.
