NEW BRIGHTON RESULTS. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 12. New Brighton Trotting Club’s autumn meeting opened to-day in splendid weather. The attendance was good for an off day. The totalisator investments were £23,250, compared with £23,827 10s for the corresponding day last year. Results: —■ Improvers’ Handicap—St. Anthony (G. F. Robinson) 1, Young Blake 2, Nelson Bell. 3.
