'VTOTICE is hereby given that under the Harbour Act 1908, and the amendments thereof, and the Wanganui Harbour District and Empowering Act--1919, an Election of two members of the Wanganui Harbour Board to represent those of the Electors of the County of Waitotara whose qualifications are within the Wanganui Harbour District, will be held ou Thursday, the 26th day of April, 1923. Nominations in the Form required under the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908, and the amendments thereof, must be delivered to the Returning Officer, or be left at the office of the Waitotara County Council, 112 Ridgway Street, Wanganui on or before Wednesday, the 18th day of April, 1923, before noon.
