Adams Ltd. REDUCE the PRICE of FISK TYRES In pursuance of a policy of reducing prices as far as possible in order to secure a large turnover, Adams, Ltd., in the last twelve months have made great euts in the prices of Studebaker Motor-cars and V.S.L. Batteries. The same policy has been followed in regard to Fisk Tyres. In,order to take "advantage of the lotver price of raw materials, the more favourable American exchange, and lower freights, Adams, Ltd., have cleared out of stock all old Fisk tyres. They now have to hand, ex Romeo. 5-1 large cases of new, fresh Fisk tyres of improved quality, and despite the fact that in the meantime, a duty of 25 per cent, has been imposed on American tyres, which previously were admited free, they are able to offer this new stock at prices substantially lower than were charged a year ago for tyres that paid no duty. Lower freights, cheaper raw materials, improved exchange, and an honest desire to give the public the benefit of these changed conditions provide the explanation. For instance a year ago the price of a non-skid fabric Fisk Cover els x 105 was £9 Ils 6d. To-day it is £8 10s. Other fabric (Non-skid) Covers show the following reductions:—B7s x 105, £lO 12s 3d, reduced to £8 15s; 880 x 120, £l3 Is, reduced to £ll 10s; 32 x 4, £9 9s < : d reduced to £8 8s; 33 x 4, £lO 9s 9d. reduced to £8 10s. In Fisk Cord Tyres (Nonskid) we have reduced the price of 32 x 4 from £l6 18s 8d to £ll 15s; 33 x 4, £l7 9s, reduced to £l2: 33 x 41, £lB 11s 3d, reduced to £l5 10s.
