LONG WAR PROBABLE. CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 9. Youssuf Kemal Bey, Foreign Minister, replying to an interpellation in the Angora Assembly, declared that the Greek proclamation of autonomy in Smyrna cannot affect the final settlement beiause Turkey will continue the war indefinitely until the national pact succeeds.
