THE WAR IN CHINA.

Received July 14, 8.30 p.m. PEKING, July 13. The Governor of Che Kiang province dismissed the Government telegraph and telephone operators, ordered them to depart from the province, and informed Peking authorities that the provincial officials wouid operate these utilities hereafter and use the funds for their own expenses. It is rumoured also that the provinces of Fu Kiang and Kwang Tung have been invited to join Che Kiang in an autonomous Government headed by Sun Yat Sen.
