JOINERY FACTORY DESTROYED

(Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, March 27. An outbreak of fire occurred at 1.310 a.m. in the factory of the Hastings Timber and’ Joinery Company’s yards. The fire started in thq factory which, together with valuable machinery and manufactured stock, valued at £3OOO, was completely destroyed. Practically all the stacked timber in the yards, dried timber in the shed, glass store and’ the company’s cooperage were saved by the brigade. The insurance was £175 on the building and £450 on the machinery in the South British.
