A DECISIVE MEASURE. Received March 23, 8.30 p.m. BRUSSELS, March 22. A Belgian soldier 'in occupied territory shot a Germaki officer who was bearing arms contrary to orders. The Belgian pointed out the fact and the German knocked the Belgian down. Another Belgian came to his comrade’s assistance and shot the German with a revolver.
