VISITING TARANAKI. CPer Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 14. The Hon Dlr Parr arrived here from Auckland to-day. He motored to the mountain and afterwards opened the .fine new Nurses’ Home. In the course of his speech he said he hoped to bring down legislation next session regarding some form of superannuation for nurses. In the afternoon the Hon. Ph it opened the new Technical School in Stratford. Referring to economy, Dlr Parr said he was opposed to economy in education. The rising generation should have all the facilities possible regardless of the fact that money wa« short.
