AT GISBORNE. (Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, March 13. The Supreme Court opene-’ to-day, before Mr. Justice Reed, who, in a long charge to the jury gave an exhaustive review of the case in which the native Rutene Topi is charged with the murder of Zambucca, an Assyrian hawker. True bills were returned in all cases. The trial of A. E. Bourgeois, alleged manslaughter, in connection with a collision between a motor car and a gig, is proceeding.
