Billiards. —One. game remains tc be played in the first round of the R.S.A. Billiard Championship, am immediately that is concluded th second round will be opened, whei Tyler will play Henderson, Me. Masters will play McGonagle, Har. risen will play Lyons, and the winner of the first round game Lee v Dingle will play Paul. Taking play up to the present as a guide Paul stands the best chance of heading the list. Some very fine games arc sure to eventuate which will be well worth watching. Shooting.—On Wednesday even, ing a team representing the R.S.A Executive fired a miniature rifle match against the R.S.M.R.C. which resulted in a win for the latter by a substantial margin. Some of the best scores put up during the evening were:—'For the Executive, Cun. ningham 47, Hill 44, Crampton, Paul, and Strachan 43, Wales 42: for the R.S.M.R.C., Dingle and Prid. ham 50, King 49, Lindsay and McGonagle 48.
