(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, August 17. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, westerlies elsewhere. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but change able and showery conditions may be expected in West Coast and southern districts. Barometer little movement, but unsteady in the south.
