AMERICAN BANKERS RAISING BIG CREDITS. Received July 17, 11.30 p.m. NEW YORK, July 14. « The New York Times' financial expertpert states: German agents are negotiating with four groups of American bankers for short time credits, totalling 59,000,000 dollars, to purchase grain products. London bankers will also float a ten million dollars credit for German interests. One group of bankers has already completed arrangements for a 9,000,000 dollars credit.
