JAPANESE TROOPS IN SIBERIA

CHINA REQUESTS THEIR WITHDRAWAL. (Delayed.) Received July 17, 11.3 S p.m. WASHINGTON, July 12. The Chinese Government handed a communication to the American Minister at Peking urging the United States to ask Japan to withdraw military forces from Siberia. A sipiilar Note is believed to have been sent to the British Minister at Peking. The Note alleges that Japanese support of the anti-Bolshevik forces has caused the country to be plunged into an anarchical condition and that Allied interference in Siberia is responsible for the presence of the Japanese forces.
