Newspapers publish the Sydney Farmers* and Graziers’ Association’s, decision that the average price of wool should not be less than one shilling per pound. Wool trades consider that this is unattainable in the present position of trade and the limited purchasing power of the Continent, and consider that the growers ought to be well satisfied if they- receive the pre-war average—about tenpence.
