MAKING GERMANY PAY.

FRANCE'S PLANS. LONDON. April 25. Speaking in the House of Commons, the Right Hon. Lloyd George stated that as the result of the conversations with M. Briand, the French Government had undertaken to supply further detailed information in the course of a few days respecting the French proposals. Tire whole subject would be considered by Cabinet and submitted to the House. It was understood t'hat Germany had prepared fresh proposals, which had not yet been received. If these were unsatisfactory, the Government would support France at the Supreme Council regarding the occupation of Ruhr.
