Ba'd OUTLOOK FOR WINTER. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 26. Hon. Guthrie, Acting-Minister in Charge of coal control, says he has informed the coal committee that there is little chance of full requirements of coal for domestic purposes being available, though the shortage will probably not be so acute as last winter.
