Received April 23, 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON. April 23. The House passed an Immigration Bill, limiting the entry of aliens into the United States to three per cent, of each nationality resident in the United States in 1910. The measure will be effective for fourteen months from the date of passage by the Senate, where it now goes.
