BOWLING.

Professor Maxwell Walker’s Ponsonby bowling team, comprising Messrs L. s. Kelly, George Walkur, and J. C. Wilson, arrived by yesterday morning’s express from Auckland and were officially received by the president, secretary, and officials of the Wanganui Bowling Centre. All who intend playing in the tournament are reminded that their bowls have to be on the mat at 8.45 in order that they may be examined by members ot the executive to see if they are properly stamped. All bowls not so stamped will have to be discaided.
