PROBABLY ON TUESDAY EVENING. (By Telegraph.) (From Our Parlliamentary Special.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 6. Prior to the adjournment of the House Mr Massey intimated that the Finance Bill would be introduced on Monday, and he saw no reason, unless something unforeseen occurred, why the session should not end comfortably on Tuesday evening.
