SWIMMING.
WASGAIttH CEUTBE CASNIVAL. At the Municipal Baths to-morrow afternoon, the Wanganui Swimming Centre will hold its opening carnival, both the Wanganui and Central Clubs combining. There will be several competition events over various distances, also diving contests. Races will he put on for swimmers of both sexes, ami given a fine afternoon the opening function should be a very successful one.
